Green Beans with Olive Oil and Salt
Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Instructions
- Either top and tail beans (cut off both ends of beans) or, my preference, cut off only stem ends of beans.
- Boil beans until just tender.
- Meanwhile, place oil and salt in medium serving bowl.
- Once beans are tender, drain and toss with oil and salt.
- Serve.
