Green Beans with Olive Oil and Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt

Instructions

  • Either top and tail beans (cut off both ends of beans) or, my preference, cut off only stem ends of beans.
  • Boil beans until just tender.
  • Meanwhile, place oil and salt in medium serving bowl.
  • Once beans are tender, drain and toss with oil and salt.
  • Serve.
