Pâte Sucrée
Equipment
- Stand mixer with paddle attachment
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 ounces granulated sugar
- 12 tablespoons unsalted cultured butter
- 1 ¾ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In mixer bowl, combine eggs, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Mix.
- Add butter and beat at low speed.
- Add flour and incorporate quickly.
- Gather dough (which will be soft) in a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
