Dean’s Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup neutral oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sherry
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard (leave out for gluten free)
  • 3 cloves garlic, mashed or diced

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

Marinate beef, chicken, fish, etc. in sauce for 2 hours or less. If you leave food in sauce too long it gets too salty.
When using, set aside a portion to pour on rice, etc.
