Dean’s Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup neutral oil
- 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 ½ tablespoons sherry
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard (leave out for gluten free)
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed or diced
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
Marinate beef, chicken, fish, etc. in sauce for 2 hours or less. If you leave food in sauce too long it gets too salty.
When using, set aside a portion to pour on rice, etc.
