Dean's Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
½
cup
neutral oil
2 ½
tablespoons
brown sugar
2 ½
tablespoons
sherry
2
teaspoons
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
Worchestershire sauce
2
teaspoons
dry mustard (leave out for gluten free)
3
cloves
garlic, mashed or diced
Instructions
Mix ingredients together.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
Marinate beef, chicken, fish, etc. in sauce for 2 hours or less. If you leave food in sauce too long it gets too salty.
When using, set aside a portion to pour on rice, etc.
