Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 inches ginger, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
- 4 cloves
- grated zest of two oranges
- ¾ cup water
- 1 12-ounce bag cranberries, rinsed and mushy ones removed
Instructions
- Combine sugar, ginger, cloves, orange zest, and water in large saucepan.
- Bring to boil, then add cranberries.
- Cook over medium heat until cranberries begin to pop.
- Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
