Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
¾
cup
granulated sugar
2
inches
ginger, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
4
cloves
grated zest of two oranges
¾
cup
water
1
12-ounce bag
cranberries, rinsed and mushy ones removed
Instructions
Combine sugar, ginger, cloves, orange zest, and water in large saucepan.
Bring to boil, then add cranberries.
Cook over medium heat until cranberries begin to pop.
Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
