Baharat Spice Mix
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoons whole cloves
- ½ teaspoon cardamom seeds
- 1½ tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Toast all whole spices on stovetop in cast iron skillet on low head until fragrant, about 2-4 minutes. Turn out to cool.
- When completely cooled, grind and add in paprika, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Store in jar.
