Baharat Spice Mix
Ingredients

black peppercorns

cumin seeds

coriander seeds

teaspoons
whole cloves

cardamom seeds

paprika

teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg
Instructions
Toast all whole spices on stovetop in cast iron skillet on low head until fragrant, about 2-4 minutes. Turn out to cool.
When completely cooled, grind and add in paprika, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Store in jar.
