Salmon Tartar
Ingredients
- ½ pound sushi-grade salmon
- 3 inches cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into small cubes
- ¼ jalapeno chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove, garlic, microplaned
- ¼ inch ginger, microplaned
- 1 ½ teaspoons neutral vegetable oil
- juice from ½ lime
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Chill salmon in freezer until firm, 20-30 minutes.
- Cut chilled salmon into ¼-inch small cubes.
- Add remaining ingedients.
- Toss together and serve immediately.
