Whole Egg Pasta

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour (approx. 2 cups)
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Place flour in bowl. Make a shallow depression in the flour. Add eggs and water.
  • With fork or hand, mix together ingredients until a shaggy mass forms.
  • Form dough into a ball.
  • Knead the dough until it is smooth and springs back slightly.
  • Wrap in plastic.
  • Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour before rolling.
