Whole Egg Pasta
Ingredients
- 10 ounces King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour (approx. 2 cups)
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Place flour in bowl. Make a shallow depression in the flour. Add eggs and water.
- With fork or hand, mix together ingredients until a shaggy mass forms.
- Form dough into a ball.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and springs back slightly.
- Wrap in plastic.
- Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour before rolling.
