Whole Egg Pasta
Ingredients
10
ounces
King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour
(approx. 2 cups)
2
large eggs, room temperature
ΒΌ
cup
water
Instructions
Place flour in bowl. Make a shallow depression in the flour. Add eggs and water.
With fork or hand, mix together ingredients until a shaggy mass forms.
Form dough into a ball.
Knead the dough until it is smooth and springs back slightly.
Wrap in plastic.
Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour before rolling.
