Erica's Birthday Limoncello Collins

Servings 8 drinks

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups vodka, ice cold from freezer (1½ ounces for single serving)
  • 1 cup limoncello, ice cold from freezer (1 ounce for single serving)
  • 3 cups lemon Italian soda 3 ounces for single serving)
  • 8 thinly sliced lemon wheels

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, add vodka, limoncello, and soda. Stir briefly.
  • Add ice to short glasses. Pour drink from pitcher. Float 1 lemon wheel in each glass.
