Toast cumin seeds.
Crush tea, spices, salt, and garlic in a mortar until fine. combine with olive oil.
Rub mixture on chops to coat.
Marinate at room temperature at least 1 hour or in the refrigerator overnight.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil olive in sauté pan over medium high heat until oil shimmers. Place chops in pan and cook for 2 minutes. Turn, cook 2 minutes more, remove from heat, and serve.
