Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a food processor, combine almond paste and sugar until well mixed.
Add eggs whites and mix. The dough should be creamy.
Remove dough from food processor and shape into strips.
Roll strips in sliced almonds.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Shape strips into crescents. Place crescents on cookie sheet.
Bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
Let cookies rest until cool.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate.
Dip cookies in chocolate and add sprinkles.
