Kelly's Asian Chicken
Ingredients

tablespoons
oil
1
chicken, cut into pieces
1
head
garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
2
small hot peppers, or red pepper flakes in amount desired
¾
cup
white vinegar
¼
cup
soy sauce or tamari
3
tablespoons
honey
Instructions
Heat oil in large cast iron frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, in batches if necessary, and brown wel on all sides.
Near the end of the browning, add garlic and peppers.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook until chicken is done and sauce has been reduced, about 10-20 minutes. Do not let sauce burn or boil away,
