Preheat oven to 350° F.
Oil a 9-inch springform pan.
Line pan with parchment paper and oil the paper.
In bowl, whisk together flours, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, milk, eggs, orange juice, zest, and liqueur.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake until top is golden and tester comes out clean, approx. 1 hour.
Transfer cake to rack. Let cook for 30 minutes.
Run knife around edge of pan, invert cake onto rack, and let cool completely, approx. 2 hours.
