red or green pepper

tomato juice

red wine vinegar (more to taste)

extra virgin olive oil

chicken stock
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Chop all vegetables.
Add liquids and seasonings and combine.
To give the soup body, blend a little of the combined ingredients and add back to soup.
