Ingredients

(red amaranth)

garlic, separated into cloves, cloves smashed with back of knife and peels removed

tablespoons
neutral oil

splash
tamari

rice cooking wine
Instructions
In a large pan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté until just starting to brown and crisp.
Add shen choy, tamari, and rice wine. Sauté until greens are barely wilted and liquids form a sauce.
Remove immediately from heat and transfer to serving dish.
