Shrimp in Garlic-Wine Sauce
Ingredients
2
pounds
fresh shrimp
½
cup
extra virgin olive oil
½
head
garlic, finely chopped
½
cup
parsley, finely chopped
½
cup
dry white wine
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Clean and devein shrimp.
in large heavy frying pan, cook garlic in oil over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
Add parsley and cook for 1 minute more.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add wine and cook until shrimp are just turned white, approx. 3-4 minutes. Do not over-cook.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on white rice.
